HP Pavilion Laptop (Beats Audio & Intel Core i5)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - I'm an amateur musician and have musical Zoom sessions with friends but they tell me that the audio output using Zoom on my HP Pavilaon Laptop (equipped with a Core i5 Intel processor and Beats Audio) is very poor quality, with a lot of clipping of the top and bottom of the audio range. I have attempted to change microphone settings but this doesn't seem to have much effect. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

@GRplans

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the audio on Zoom meetings.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Accessing Microphone Settings for Zoom from Windows Sound Settings

Method 2: Accessing Microphone Settings for Zoom from the Zoom app.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
