sp143357.exe finde ich nicht, die 3 Treiber habe ich schon probiert, müsste eigentlich  6.0.8688.1 Rev.A vom 14. Mai 2020 passen, beim Setup mit Cortana war noch Ton

Kein Audiogerät gefunden, alle HP und Windows Tests gemacht
