Hello,
I have tried for hours over the past months and gave up on finding an answer. I am going to try once more in hopes that someone has found a solution. I have the latest Apple Airpods Pro Gen 2 and they connect until my laptop tells them to produce audio. Then it disconnects. I can reconnect but then it disconnects again as soon as the music plays.
I have installed mediatek as well because I found that solution somewhere else on the forums. It worked for a minute before disconnecting again.
Thank you ❤️

Hi Banhien,
Thank you for your help. I tried to do these all over again but the only one I am unable to do is the power management as it doesn't show up in the human interface section. The bluetooth troubleshooter just says it's able to add the BT icon to my taskbar and then stops. Drivers are up to date. Also I did have to change the audio gateway and bluetooth services to automatic and restarted but that didn't fix the problem either. Still connects for about 5 seconds and disconnects again.
It's beyond frustrating.
Let's see...what kind of information can I give. Windows 11. HP Pavilion Aero laptop with an intel wifi / bluetooth card (AX210) I decided after doing more research toggle the power option for "Bluetooth HID Device" and the "Bluetooth Low Energy" options. (By this I mean toggling the "Allow the computer to turn off this device.")
Oh and my friend's JBLs don't stay connected either on my laptop.
Thank you.
