Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I am changing the hard drive on a friends laptop, the old one just died, he likes it very much, and he will like to keep the laptop, but then i found the model is no longer supported, and the drivers found online my system warns me that may contain virus. Where can i look for the driver's?, hope you can point me on the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help.

 

The Driver i am most interested is the audio driver.
