Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Has anyone with an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop have poor quality sound from the Bang and Olufsen speakers - very disappointing.

You cannot change the sound quality and the volume is relatively low.

It's making me rethink buying an HP laptop for my wife which also has the same Bang and Olufsen speakers, which I always thought would be good.

Thoughts please...is there an app or am I stuck with bad sound quality when I play music.
