Hi, I just bought the HP Pavilion 15-eg2000. I installed the windows 10 professional, and it didn't recognize any driver, I had to manually install wifi and graphic driver but couldn't install audio and touchpad.
When I search on hp.com/support, it showed only windows 11 not windows 10, I tried to download and install but it didn't work.
The notebook already up to date.
What should I do ?
Thank you!
