HP Recommended

My internal speakers and microphone are no longer recognized - when I run Device Manager, I only see my Airpods other wireless headphones, and NVIDA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extendable) WDM.  I've had this computer for a year, and this happened within the last few months- not sure of the exact date, as I don't use the internal speakers very often. 

 

I did go to the HP product support page and downloaded the audio drivers (Win 11 24H2 64 bit) (Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver), but have not had any success.

 

Thanks for any help you can provide.
