HI", I have a HP Pavilion NoteBook 17. It has been converted to a Win. 10 64 bit. from Win 8. I am having a problem with volume. I can't hear youTube and other Media. A malisiuos software just recently stole the whole thing. It came from FaceBook messenger Video with my profile pic. I knew i had 2 types one being RealTech HD audio. I down loaded it from RealTech. Same issue not loud enough and it not the same one I had. What do I do?

Your machine is a bit old, I don't know this is going to work or not. Please try the latest Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver (Windows 10 v1703) dated Jul 10, 2017
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81305.exe
Regards.

I think your machine is an HP Pavilion 17-e019dx not 17-8019dx:
There is NO drivers for Windows 10 from its support site.
Please try from Realtek directly
Regards.
