See if this driver works...Install and restart the PC.

 

This package contains the driver that enables the IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

Sorry that driver didn't work for you.

 

The only other suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W8.1 IDT audio driver from your notebook's support page.

 

There are lots of problems with W10 and the IDT audio on PC's that are not supported by HP for W10.

 

If you can't get it to work, I suggest you go back a supported operating system (W8/8.1).
