hey! i purchased HP Pavilion - 15 gaming a few days before, there is problem in my device, the sound system or speaker crackel while listening to music or anysound and also it gives gap between running, its really anoying is anyone else having the same problem? I already updated the software and os and everything but nothing has happened really, Please help me, i didnt expected such bad quality through hp.

There are dozens if not hundreds models/products called HP Pavilion - 15 gaming. What EXACTLY is yours ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
