Got the laptop a few days ago. Dont know if the owner before had a issue, Cant contact him about the issue.
I downloaded the latest driver from HP website, i saw other people have issue with the same problem, but no fix there helps me.
List of thing that i try:
-Reinstall driver
-Other driver(not realtek, fixed the issue but has other issues... mic not working properly, mute bottom not lighting up, B&O app not working, etc.)
-Disable audio enhancements(that fixes problem temporarily, but i cant always go into sound and disable and enable it, either fixes the problem for a short time but it comes back after awhile)
-Give exclusive mode priority(same thing as with enhancements)
-I cant change the audio format because its greyed out
-Windows update
Its happens at random if speakers are in use, its not a hardware problem because on other driver they work fine.
Only thing that helps for a short time is if i change something in Sound/Playback/Speaker/Advanced, it stops it for some time, but it comes back later. Also when it comes back, if i leave it, it stopes after awhile but mostly because speaker stop playing any sound. Its a software issue for sure. Any other fully working driver/fix/hack?
