Hello! After an update a few days ago, my laptop has a small cross at its speaker icon and i was unable to hear any sound from the speaker. I tried using bluetooth device and there were sound coming out from them. When i approached the HP Support, they ask me to run tests and make some changes to the device then they concluded that it was a hardware issue. However, i feel that this should be a software issue since it only happened after the update. To my shock, the issue was worsened after the test and changes that was requested by the agent, i couldn't even hear audio from my bluetooth device now. They informed me that an on-site repair would be arranged and i would be contacted within 2 business days, however it has been longer than that and i approach another agent online and they told me i have to wait for the part i needed to be available, which i find it quite unbelievable that's why i'm trying to get help from here. Thanks!
