Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx

Seemingly out of nowhere, the internal microphone on my laptop is not working. Also, the light on the mute key no longer lights up (possibly unrelated). Through troubleshooting, it is indicated that the microphone is "not plugged in". I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, graphics drivers, restarted, tried different platforms (bing, chrome, zoom, google meet) with no luck.

Did this happen after the upgrade to Windows 11? It happened at that moment, and there has been no driver update from HP since then. There may be a solution for Intel laptops, but I have a Ryzen 5. Neither the internal microphone nor an external microphone can be made to work.
