HP Probook 430 G8
My laptop speaker is working perfectly. But after I have connected my dell monitor (E190S without speaker) laptop speaker is not working. I did the basic trouble shooting to checked the speaker settings default device is selected with DELL E190S. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

It sounds like when you connected your Dell E190S monitor, Windows 11 automatically switched the default audio output to the monitor, even though it doesn't have speakers.
Here's how to fix this:
Since the Dell E190S monitor (which has no speakers) is currently selected as the default playback device, your HP Probook 430 G8's internal speakers won't produce sound. You need to manually switch the default audio output back to your laptop's speakers.
How to Change Your Default Audio Device in Windows 11
- Right-click on the speaker icon in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar (near the clock).
- Select "Sound settings" from the menu that appears.
- In the Sound settings window, look for the "Output" section.
- You should see a dropdown menu or a list of devices under "Choose where to play sound".
- Click on this menu and select your laptop's internal speakers. This might be labeled as "Speakers (Realtek Audio)" or something similar, but it should be different from the "DELL E190S" option.
- Once selected, test your speakers by playing some audio.
This should redirect the sound output back to your Probook's speakers. Windows should also remember this setting for future connections, but if it reverts, you'll know how to quickly change it back.
