HP Probook 440 G4 Audio Driver issue

Audio Driver not installed after update, I tried reinstalling but it didnt work.

The audio driver doesnt appear in the device manager and even when I do the component test.

I tried it and receive an error "Package is not supported"

I had the same problem and it was very difficult.

I tried different drivers but nothing works.

My solution was to install the "HP Support Assistant" and update the drivers through the program. The "Intel Video and Systemsteuerung" driver was updated and after that the audio driver works very well.

It is very strange but it works, hope it helps.

i think i solved the problem, but after a week i also had no sound!
I also saw that the pc needs very long to turn out! The power button flashes a long time before it goes out!

I hope HP got a solution, because i need my PC every day, because i am an informatic student!

I have the exact same problem! No sound, and it takes very long to turn off the laptop. Have you found a solution yet?

I join the club. Update has been installed then one day after listening music on the line out the audio went out. Maybe undoing the update will help?
