Thunderbolt dock with sound
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using a n HP Thunderbolt Docking station with sound module, connected by USB C on a Dell notebook.

The sound does not work, it can't be found as a device by Windows.

 

Any help appreciated.

I would also suggest you update the drivers of your docking station and check if the issue persists.

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
