Microsoft Windows 11

I have recently bought myself a HP Victus 16. I just plugged in my Pioneer HDJ-2000 headphones which I normally use for DJ-ing to pre listen to some new tracks and I was shocked to hear that the sound quality was really bad. When a kick drops I don't hear a proper bass and sounds very cheap. I tried to use my regular samsung bluetooth Buds and encounter the same issue. Same issue with other wired Samsung headphones.

Is this a known issue for this laptop?  Does somebody had the same issue or know how this could be solved? I really hope this could be solved.

Please let me know if you need more details in order to solve the problem

Thanks for the help!

for me, the problem is when unplugging headphones and replugging from the headphone jack the sound became bad and there's no bass the work-around was restarting the laptop or even sometimes needing to remove the audio driver from the device manager than restarting and reinstall driver. and it's such a hassle. please help fix this.
