Hi.
I have a problem with the audio on my HP computer. In Windows, the speakers provide exceptional audio quality, but when using Linux, I notice that the quality is reduced too much.
I have tried the official HP ISO for my computer, but the quality is still very poor. Is there any driver or solution for Bang & Olufsen that will allow me to continue using Linux?

Hi SRbot96
To use Bang & Olufsen with Ubuntu LTS, you can use the HDA-Jack Retask tool. This tool allows you to manually map and configure audio ports.
Here are the steps to install HDA-Jack Retask on Ubuntu LTS:
Open a terminal and run the following command to install the necessary package:
bashsudo apt-get install alsa-tools
Once installed, run HDA-Jack Retask with the following command:
bashhdajackretask
In the HDA-Jack Retask interface, select your audio device and adjust the mappings as needed.
I hope the above is helpful!
