Hi All,

The microphone on my HP ZBook Firefly is not working.

I have followed all the usual troubleshooting steps (25 years in IT and I know most by heart), but the mic will not work.

In windows it has latest drivers, is enabled and all the diagnostic tools say it is working BUT windows is not picking up any sounds.

The odd thing that i notice is that if i go into the settings there is nothing in the Input Settings Format box, on another machine I can see options available to select from.

Has anyone else seen this issue or got any suggestions?
