I have HP envy 13-aq1062tx and the audio is not working.

I try HP PC Hardware Diagnostics tests to check if there is a problem in the speaker and there is no problem in the audio it is working properly.

When I login to the Windows the audio is disabled.

I already upgrade to Windows 11 but still I encounter the same problem.

Even I try to use headset, USB speaker or Bluetooth headset the audio is not working and it is disabled.

I check the dxdiag and there is no sound card installed.

How to fix this problem?

Thanks for the response...

But still sound card is missing...

I do not know if there is a problem with the sound card or just the driver installer.

Even I use USB speaker the sound is not working.

I already did what you told me but still no sound
