HP Pavilion 15.6" Touchscreen Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a new HP Pavilion 15.6 inch touchscreen laptop with an ryzen 7 4700u processor 2 weeks ago. The speakers start buzzing loudly after a half hour during Zoom meeting and the screen locks up. I called HP for support, they ran some checks and said there is nothing wrong with the Laptop it must be Zoom. (Case #[Personal Information Removed]) I noticed others complaining about the HP Envy x360 running the Ryzen 5 processor. Is there some issue with the compatibility or Ryzen processors and Zoom? I
