Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

I am on windows 11, and for some reason, whatever the level of sound, it will drop to 0 every time. 

I followed another post that asked to uninstall Realteck driver, and install https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp103501-104000/sp103860.exe instead, but it didn't work. Do you have any other suggestion please ?
