Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Team,

 

I am using a Sony WH1000-XM4 headset. While the device worked seamlessly since 2023, I am now unable to connect to Handsfree mode which is used for taking calls via Teams, Slack and Zoom. Instead of using the headset microphone, the default laptop microphone is used to connect.

I tried to reset the machine and updated the driver, still no luck.

 

Any possible fix available?
