The issues just started today. When computer is restarted the audio works fine for a few moments but then, slowly starts to fade out. I feel like I have taken most steps necessary in resolving this issue but have had no success. I've tried looking for updates to my Realtek audio driver but none could be found.
The computer was purchased a little over a month ago. If I cannot resolve the audio issue, I'm hoping I can get it replaced with warranty! Would love to save the hassle and get it fixed though.

If your device uses an AMD processor, then I know the fix as this same problem happened to me.
Go to the AMD Cleanup Utility website: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
Download and run the AMD Cleanup Utility, it will reboot your laptop into safe mode and de-install all of your AMD graphics drivers.
Once the utility is done, your sound should be fine, however you will not be able to adjust your brightness as your graphics drivers will all be gone.
To reinstall the correct drivers, go to this website: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Install the 'Auto-Detect and Install Radeon™ Graphics Drivers for Windows®' tool, and your laptop will be back to normal!
Hope this helps,

It was probably a Windows update thing.
AMD sometimes doesn't continuously optimize their chipsets with each and every Microsoft update like intel does, so sometimes it's up to the user to manual optimize their device.
But, if you're willing to do the extra work, Ryzen devices run extremely well at more modest price points.
