I was using the bluetooth of my notebook normaly and then it stoped working.

I can't connect any bluetooth device with my computer, and it even doesn't identifies any device.

When i try to add a new device in bluetooth a message apears saying "Coudn't connect".

I installed the latest bluetooth drivers, but didnt work.

I runned the troubleshooter for bluetooth an it says "Bluetooth is not avaliable on this device. Please try using an external adapter to add Bluetooth capabilty to this computer".

I cant connect bluetooth speakers nor my cellphone on computer any more.

Pleasee Helpp.

This issue was resolved a couple days ago by manually downloading and installing the latest Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver (20.30.0) .

This Bluetooth issue turned out to be directly related to problems updating the Intel Serial I/O Driver and "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" under Device Manager -> Serial Bus controllers node which I reported in the following thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Problems-with-Intel-Serial-I-O-...

Installing the updated driver resovled both issues.
