Product: Hp Probook 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
My headphones were working perfectly fine up until today. I removed the headphones and plugged it back in and laptop didn't recognized it. I've tried resolving the issue by:
- Disable/Enable device
- Uninstall/Install driver
- Troubleshooting
- HP Support Assistant
- Enable Headphone checkbox in BIOS (it was already enabled)
- Reset to default settings in BIOS
- Reset to default settings in Audio controls
- Updating Audio Drivers
But still my headphones are not working. I've also tested it multiple other headphones but no use. My headphones are fine and when I access BIOS the sound does come from the headphones (I don't know if it's relevant). But I can't seem to get it to work.
Please help.
