Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

Two days ago the pc had a windows update(it shows version: 1803) and after a few hours I had problems with the audio, at first the computer did not recognize any audio input / output device and therefore I considered updating the drivers (Realtek HD Audio ) via the support HP site. The audio now works a bit: it comes both from speakers and headphones, in plus in headphones there are no low-frequency. I tried to see with the Realtek Audio Manger but I can not solve the problem; I tried to go back to a recovery point but after the loading and the reboot it says "unable to restore". Please help me, i need the audio for my job.

Thanks in advance

uh ehm sorry Sir, the audio now works fine and when I plug the headphones the soundt comes only from them. It rimains the fact that there are no low frequency, I also tried with other headphones but there is the same problem.

@Deniiz

This is just an HP temporary fix.

Intel is working on an update to permanently fix this.
