We bought a chromebook 14 just a few months ago for my kids to be able to do online school, but unfortunately it hasn't been serving its purpose very well.
Zoom meetings have been terrible. Teachers can't understand my kids. Sound is super glitchy, like metallic, robotic and words are cut... No one can understand what they say. For us, we can hear everybody most of the time. Sometimes, though, what people say gets glitched too...
We get a message sometimes saying "High CPU usage is affecting the quality". We have uninstalled everything that isn't necessary. I've just reset it to "like new condition", but once we go to a Zoom meeting, sound is still the same.
What can we do get this problem fixed?? We've tried reseting, using 4 different headsets, but nothing solves this problem.
We have 3 Chromebooks (all the same) and all of them are presenting the same problem.
Thanks!!
