Hi everyone
I have a problem with ndis.sys - NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification), Microsoft Corporation.
When i use PC on battery, ndis.sys - NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification), Microsoft Corporation is too high
When i use PC plugged in, there aren't high latency.
High latency cause popping and buzzing audio, because audio pop/buzz only with Wifi on battery.
I updated ALL drivers (audio, wifi, ethernet etc.) and BIOS is updated. How can i solve this problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend you follow the steps and install all the Windows updates including optional and check if it helps.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.
If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine.
Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.
