Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 (2H5A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I plug in my earphones/headphones, the sound quality becomes horrible. I also noticed that despite my notebooks audio driver is described as a High Definition Audio Driver, it is capable of producing  only 16 bit48kHz sound, which blows my mind. My previous notebook (Hp 455 G2) produced far richer and more enjoyable sound, not even mentioned being able to pull out 24 bit192kHz sound without any other problems, and on top of that it has the exact same driver. Furthermore, I would also like to issue that even without plugged in external devices, my notebook is still unable to produce better audio quality. This dreadful experience has led me to write this post.

I am of the opinion that it should be corrected as soon as possible.
