My laptop originally came with Windows 10, but I updated to Windows 11 (64 bit) as soon as I could.
How can I get the latest Realtek (R) Audio update? My current version is 6.0.9567.1.

I assume your laptop's Audio Bus Driver/Audio Controller Driver uses a driver from Windows as per the information on the driveridentifier website.
You can use version 6.0.9788.1 from the Microsoft Update Catalog. (Once downloaded, extract.
Once extracted open Device Manager, expand the "Sound, video, and game controllers" category, right click Realtek(R) Audio, then select the update option and navigate to the extracted folder of the .cab file from Microsoft Update Catalog.)
For "extension", "AudioProcessingObject", "Software components" category drivers, get it at sp157063, just extract it and don't "run as administrator". --(The simple way is to just run as administrator, then restart the computer.)--
To see the .inf name that is the audio driver component on your laptop, open Device Manager, change the Device Manager view to Drivers by type. Expand the "AudioProcessingObject", "Extensions", and "Software components" categories. Memorize the .inf name in the category I mentioned that is connected to the Realtek(R) Audio driver.
--(This is done to install only the required stuff from sp157063. If you have a little trouble, just run sp157063 as administrator, then restart your laptop.)--
Optional way:
After that, open the folder where you extracted sp157063, and look for all the same .inf names, then copy them to one folder along with the .cat file. --(If possible, just copy the .inf to one folder together with the extracted folder from the downloaded file in the Microsoft Update Catalog, then click the 'Add drivers' icon in Device Manager and navigate to the folder above)--
