HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13m-bd0xxx
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this pc about a year ago & it comes with built in Bang & Olufsen Audio speakers. I want to connect external speakers but can't find out how.  I want to have regulary family Zoom meetings (with multiple people around my laptop) with family in Oregon, but our side can't all hear what is being said.  They can hear us.

Have connected external speaker into the head phonejacks on pc but speakers still won't work. Can't locate any other port to connect the external speakers to.

What external speakers are recommended?  Or please suggest where/what settings I need to use to work this out.  Thanks.

  • Connect speakers using headphone port,
  • Connect speakers using USB port,

I dónt know them both therefore I cánt say more

I'm not sure what you are asking for.  It's an HP 360 Envy that's a laptop and tablet.  13"
