My step-dad gave me this laptop and it has no sound. I've tried every solution possible to fix it but there's still no sound. I keep getting redirected to Window Update, and every time I try to install a certain update, I get this message..."2019-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4512508) - Error 0x800f0831". I need to know what to do about fixing this situation because I need the update to see if that will fix my audio problem.
