How do I get sound to play through both headphone-speaker output port AND Laptop built in speakers?

I want to be able to play music via the laptop to a set of external speakers plugged into the 3.5mm port and at the same time route the sound from a video call such as Zoom or Skype to the built in laptop speakers.  Currently when something is plugged into the laptops 3.5mm port all the sound goes there and is eliminated from the internal speaker set.

I understand that you would like to get the sound play through the internal and external speakers at a time.

The output sound will be possible from only one source at a time.
