Hey! I got this laptop from a friend from school and reset it! it says there is no audio output or input devices installed, and I have tried to figure it out with the troubleshooter but nothing is working. There is nothing to select, and I cant find much support on the website. If anyone has any advice, I would love it!

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W10 audio driver gets the sound to work again.

If not, you may want to consider using the cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with that model notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
