How do I recover my audio driver?

How do I recover my SRS Premium Sound audio driver and SRS Premium Sound panel on Windows 10 22H2? I only know it works on Windows 8-8.1. How do I get the original SRS Premium Sound driver and panel for this notebook?

You can try this W10 IDT driver from a newer model HP notebook and hope it works.

After installing the driver and restarting the PC, sometimes the driver sets the PC headphone jack as the default audio output.

So, if you have no sound at all after installing the driver, make sure the PC speakers are set as the default audio output in the Windows control panel.

Hey Paul, thanks for replying, but the driver says it's incorrect and not for my hardware.

If the W8.1 driver from your notebook's support page doesn't work either, unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

The IDT audio not working on many HP notebook's is a very common issue in W10.
