1. Got to control panel

2. Open sound settings.

3. Go to recording tab.

4. Right-Click on the body area and select "Show Disabled Devices"

5. Select the disabled device and go to properties

6. Enable it from "General" tab.

I have tried all this but my internal microphone is not showing up.  Ant ideas.

on cortana and skype .i turn the mike on. after i use it one time it turns off againd  the internal mike is not working .
