Envy 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can connect bluetooth for outbound audio - but not get anything for inbound.

I have tried plugging in audio line in plug to headphone sockect, but I cannot record anything - I see no input at all.

What is your envy 360 ? I  don't think it has line-in at all. It may have headphones/microphone combo port which is NOT a line-in port.

Its an Envy X360 13 AG 0600NG convertible.

Is there any way I can put a line in - i thought I could use that headphone / microphone slot as a line in.

Recording via microphone is just not up to my quality, I want to record music

. I have an ELEGIANT bluetooth transmitter /receiver but it will pair but not connect when it is in Transmit mode. It only connects when it is in Receive mode. I have written to Elegiant to ask them about this.

Any ideas about how I can do this? VIa the HDMI slot perhaps?

Thanks

 Bruce
