I understand you’re trying to reset your HP 50 Headphones because they’re not working as expected. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Perform a basic reset

Turn the headphones off.

Press and hold the Power button for about 10–12 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly.

This resets most Bluetooth pairing issues.

Clear Bluetooth pairings

When the LED starts flashing, the headphones enter pairing-reset mode.

They will forget previous devices and be ready to reconnect fresh.

Delete the headphones from your device

On your phone or laptop, remove HP 50 from the Bluetooth list.

Then start a new Bluetooth scan to pair again.

Try a charging reset

Connect the headphones to a charger for 10 minutes, even if they seem charged.

Sometimes a low or unstable battery triggers connection problems.

Check physical buttons

Make sure the Power/Pairing button isn’t stuck or jammed.

A stuck button can prevent proper reset.
