I can't pairing my headset HP BT500 with any devices. When turned on, the LED flashes, but devices don't see my headset. How to reset my headset? Or may be do anything else?

I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP BT500 (Bluetooth Headset). Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Which device are you trying to pair the Bluetooth headset to?
  • Have you tried connecting it to a different device?
  • Have you charged the headset?

While you respond to that, please try the below steps as shown in the reference picture:
