Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP BT500 (Bluetooth Headset). Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- Which device are you trying to pair the Bluetooth headset to?
- Have you tried connecting it to a different device?
- Have you charged the headset?
