Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0014nt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've been using windows 11 for 6 months, last week the speaker started to sound distorted and it's definitely related to the driver because the crackling problem continues when I plug in headphones, today I switched to windows 10, the sound was fine, but after windows update it broke again so I'm sure it's caused by the driver, my model is hp pavilion 15 ec0014nt but on the internet Other hp laptops have this problem as well, even in other brands, I think the cause of the problem is windows, I want you to make a new driver, sound is a very important component.
