Hi HP Community!
I am having some problems with my new HP Pavilion X360. Whenever I connect my Apple Airpods to the computer via Bluetooth, they usually work fine for a little while. Then all of a sudden they will stop working and I can't hear anything from the video I was watching. Most of the time I fix it by pausing the video or pressing mute and unmute a couple of times. I tried doing all of the suggestions listed on another similar question but it didn't seem to work. Can anyone help me please?

Hello,
I'm not sure which is the product name. I believe its the HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-dq1xxx. The product ID in my settings says 00325-96657-135756-AAOEM. I just got this computer last week and I can't seem to get the airpods to stay connected and not disconnect for short amount of times.
Thank you

Thank you for the information.
Let's start with the Hard Reset: (To release any excessive static causing the issue).
This method works for a variety of Driver connection and ‘stuck’ program issues.
-
Shut down the computer
-
Disconnect all external devices - everything.
-
Remove AC power and the battery
-
Press and hold power button for at least 30 seconds
-
Reconnect the AC power (only),
-
Power on > Login
-
Next time you shut down the system, reinstall battery and follow the below steps.
