Merhabalar,

 

Cihazımı sürekli Fan sesi Sorunu, Isınma ve Mavi ekran hatalarından dolayı HP servise gönderdim. Ancak en son gönderdiğimde Bİlgisayarımın Bütün disklerini sildiler, Kasasını kırdılar ve vidaları değiştirmediler.

 

Bu konuda nasıl haklarım var? Değişim talep edebiliyor muyum?
