HP Spectre x360 - 13-ac023dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Hp Spectre x360 13-ac023dx or 13-ac0xx B&A speakers and I haven't had any audio output through my speakers in over a year. I've done everything from SFC/scannow to DISM and contacted Microsoft and updated and uninstalled and reinstalled drivers from every manufacturer/ product website I could find and completely factory reset my computer more than a few times and even formatted my hard drive thinking that would help solve the issue, but to no avail. At first it said no audio output device was installed but now it says that there is one installed and that all the audio drivers are working but when I go to device manager, under other devices, it says Detection Verification. When I try to update the driver it tells me it can't find the right driver for my device and if I delete the driver, it reappears the next time I boot up my computer under Other Devices with a yellow exclamation mark beside it. Also the Bluetooth and headphone jack audio output both work fine with absolutely no problems at all. I am all out of options and ideas and about ready to pull my hair out as I have been trying to fix this, as I said, for over a year, and still I am not able to play sound. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated and prevent me from any more unnecessary hair loss. Thank you in advanced from an EXTREMELY frustrated user!!!!!!!!

Ok so I looked at the post you responded with and I Installed the audio driver that was listed on there and the detection verification driver under Other Devices is gone. So that is solved, but I still have no sound. My microphone, bluetooth, and audio jack all work fine. So I got to looking at the drivers themselves and found this under Realtek High Definition Audio(SST) Properties: Driver service added (IntcAzAudAddService):

Information: Driver Management has concluded the process to add Service IntcAzAudAddService for Device Instance ID INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0295&SUBSYS_103C827E&REV_1000\4&202565D&1&0001 with the following status: 0.

And before that event was another event:

Device install Requested:

Information: Device INTELAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0295&SUBSYS_103C827E&REV_1000\4&202565d&1&0001 requires further installation. I'm also looking at the event logs and there are some events under Kernel-PnP that look like they have some information about what is going on as well. I'm just not quite sure what it means so I'm going to try and copy a few of the events and paste them on here so maybe someone could look at them and find out what is going on.
