Try these troubleshooting steps:
Check if Bluetooth is Enabled
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON
Restart Bluetooth Services
- Press Win + R, type services.msc, and hit Enter
- Find Bluetooth Support Service
- Right-click → Select Restart
- Set Startup Type to Automatic
Remove & Reconnect the Device
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices
- Click on your earphones → Remove Device
- Put earbuds in pairing mode (Check the manual)
- Click Add a Device > Bluetooth and reconnect
Update Bluetooth Drivers
- Right-click Start → Select Device Manager
- Expand Bluetooth
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter → Click Update driver
- Choose Search automatically for drivers
Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters
- Select Bluetooth → Click Run
Reset Bluetooth
- Win + R → Type devmgmt.msc → Enter
- Expand Bluetooth
- Right-click your Bluetooth adapter → Uninstall Device
- Restart your laptop (it will reinstall automatically)
Try connecting another Bluetooth device (if it works, the issue is with the earbuds).
If no Bluetooth device connects, you may need to reset network settings or check for Windows updates.
