I posted this question just because i wanted to help everyone suffering from this problem as HP is least interested in customer support of their laptops.

I suffered from this issue right after updating to windows 11 and i tried everything but nothing seemed to solve the issue i read all the forums watched all the videos took all the necessary steps and tried all different kinds of drivers but without any luck.

Hp never updates the drivers for their devices according to new os updates, according to Hp i should not even update to windows 11 so that they don’t have to update the drivers forcing me to use old os. 
On the hp software and drivers page there isn’t even the option to select windows 11 as the os.

 

The work around which i came up with works with the latest realtek audio drivers by hp :

In this video i have shown the correct method of installing amd drivers (which were causing the issue) and the only driver which seems to not cause this issue of audio crackling with windows 11 is old and hp doesn’t care about updating their drivers.
