Hello There

 

I recently bought this ENVY Laptop and accidentally I uninstalled Bang & Olufsen from it, plz help me reinstall it, Please do not give me system restore advise as I tried it and since I had not yet had a system restore point so that advise become moot, plz help me, TIA

Hi:

 

The B&O software is installed by the audio driver.

If that doesn't work, and your notebook came installed with Windows from the factory, you will have to back up your files onto a portable hard drive and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will factory reset the hard drive/SSD to its 'out of the box' condition.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

First solution you gave doesnt work, second you gave is complicated, all I did was accidently uninstalled it, I want ti back, it should be simple to do.
