I'm experiencing an issue with the speakers on my HP OMEN 15-ek0022TX device. When I increase the volume above 35, a buzzing noise appears, which consistently impacts audio quality at higher volumes. After consulting with nearby HP service center, they confirmed it's a hardware issue with the speakers, and need to replace them with new B&O speakers. However, the replacement parts are currently unavailable. Could you suggest where I might be able to purchase them?

Before replacing the speakers, see if the problem is the laptop audio chips.
Use headphone or earbuds and connect to the audio out of the laptop. Turn up the volume and see if you hear the buzzing.
If no buzzing then the problem is the speakers.
If the system is not in warranty the cost of replacement including labor may be more than a pair of Bluetooth headphones. You might consider a headphone or headset instead.
