Hi @elifufacik,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m sorry you’re going through this; I understand the concern and don’t worry I’ll help you with this.

To help me understand better, could you tell me a bit more about the issue? For example:

  • Does Bluetooth still show up in Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices?
  • When you click “Add device,” does it search but never find anything, or does it give an error?
  • Did anything change recently Windows update, driver update, new device installed?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try in the meantime:

Basic Checks

  • Turn Bluetooth off and back on in Windows settings.
  • Restart your laptop and your headset.
  • Make sure your headset is in pairing mode and not already connected to another device (like your phone).

Windows Settings & Drivers

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and check if Bluetooth is toggled on.
  • Open Device Manager → look under Bluetooth for any yellow warning icons.
  • If Bluetooth drivers appear, try:
    • Disable → Enable, or
    • Update driver, or
    • Uninstall device → Restart laptop to reinstall automatically.

 Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Run the Windows troubleshooter:
Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth.

 Hardware Test :

  • Open HP Support Assistant and check for Bluetooth or wireless driver updates.
  • Run an HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI  test for wireless components.

If you can share what you see in the Bluetooth settings and whether your headset goes into pairing mode, I can guide you more precisely!

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster!

Take care and have an amazing day ahead!

Best regards,

Deep_World
