Hello,
I can't seem to adjust the volume of the sound on my laptop
it's loud, if I put it on 29 or 6 it stays the same loud volume.
The funny part is I don't have that problem when I use my headset
I have a HP laptop and windows 11

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop Audio volume.
I have a few steps you could perform to resolve the issue:
- Remove the audio drivers & Reinstall the original drivers
- Open your Device Manager.
- Navigate to Audio inputs and outputs.
- Right-click on your audio source name and click Uninstall Device.
- Restart the Laptop and test the volume.
- Update the Audio drivers from the Official HP website for windows 10 (click on change on the top to switch between OS).
- Run the Audio test from the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)
1) Shut down the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) click Component Tests > click Audio, and then click Run once.
Confirm if you are able to increase or decrease the volume by using the physical volume buttons on the keyboard.
Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.
